Field day is the one school event every kid remembers, and the one every organizer worries about. Hundreds of students, a tight bell schedule, Florida heat, and a principal who needs paperwork on file before anything inflates on campus. We’re Moore Bounce and Party Rentals, a veteran-owned, family-operated rental company in Zephyrhills, and school events are a big part of what we do. We bring the inflatables, games, dunk tanks and shade, set everything up before the first class walks out, and take it all down after dismissal.
Whether you’re a PE coach planning field day, a PTA volunteer running a fall festival, or an after-school director looking for something special, this page covers what to rent, how much you need for your headcount, and how we handle the details schools care about.

School events we set up for
- Field days. Rotations of obstacle courses, inflatable games and relay-style stations that keep every class moving on schedule.
- End-of-year water days (May). Water slides, wet combos and dunk tanks to celebrate the last weeks of school. May is our busiest school month, so book early.
- Fall festivals (September and October). Bounce houses, games, concessions and a dunk tank for the principal or a favorite teacher.
- Winter festivals (December). Holiday-themed inflatables, winter mazes and concessions for evening or weekend family nights.
- PE and recess reward days. A single obstacle course or game station can turn a regular PE block or a behavior reward into an event.
- PTA and PTO events. Family fun nights, carnivals, fundraisers and back-to-school socials. A dunk tank is a proven fundraiser: sell throws and let students try to dunk the staff.
- After-school and summer programs. Mid-week fun for camps, clubs and enrichment programs, including summer and July 4th events.
Why schools book Moore Bounce

- Certificate of insurance on request. Need a COI naming your school or district? Ask when you book and we’ll send it so your front office has it on file before event day.

- Clean, secure setups. Units are cleaned between rentals and staked or weighted properly for grass, fields or hard surfaces.

What customers say
Field day packages by headcount
Every campus is different, so we build each school order around your student count, schedule and space. These are starting ideas. Send us your details and we’ll recommend the right mix and quote it.
Around 100 students (one grade level, small school or after-school program)
- 1 obstacle course or large combo as the anchor station
- 1–2 inflatable games or yard games like cornhole and Giant Connect 4
- Optional: a dunk tank for a staff-dunk finale
- A 20×20 tent for a shaded water and rest area
Around 300 students (multi-grade field day or PTA festival)
- 2 obstacle courses or interactives, such as the Mega Run Obstacle Course and Toxic Meltdown, so two classes run at once
- 1–2 bounce houses or combos for younger grades
- 2–3 game stations, plus a dunk tank
- Tents for shade, tables for check-in, and a sno-cone or popcorn machine for a treat or fundraiser
Large campus (500+ students, whole-school field day or community festival)
- Multiple stations spread across the field so lines stay short, often 5 or more inflatables and interactives, including the Wipeout
- Separate zones for younger and older grades
- Portable mini golf or yard-game areas as calmer, non-inflatable stations
- Multiple tents, concessions, generators where outlets are far, and event staff to help run stations
Wet or dry? Water days and May events are made for water slides and wet combos. Normal school days usually work best dry, so students head back to class without a change of clothes. Many units can run either way; tell us your plan when you book.
Power, overnight and multi-unit notes. Each inflatable needs a standard outlet within about 50 ft on its own circuit; on open fields, add a generator. For early-morning field days we can often set up the evening before if the school can secure the area overnight. Multi-unit orders are planned around your schedule so everything is ready before the first rotation.

School & field day rental FAQs
Do you provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for schools? Yes. COIs are available on request. Tell us the school or district name to list when you book, and we’ll send it ahead of your event.
Are you an approved vendor for schools? Yes. We’re an approved vendor for Hillsborough County Public Schools and Pasco County Schools, as well as Hillsborough County parks, Pasco County Parks and Recreation, City of Tampa Parks, the City of Plant City and the City of Dade City.
How many inflatables do I need for my number of students? As a starting point, plan on about 1 anchor station plus 1–2 games for about 100 students, 4–6 stations for about 300, and more stations spread out for a large campus. Rotating classes on a schedule keeps lines short. We’ll recommend a mix for your exact count.
Should our field day be wet or dry? Dry works best on regular school days so students can go back to class. Wet setups with water slides and dunk tanks are perfect for May water days and end-of-year celebrations.
Do we need a generator? If there’s no standard outlet within about 50 ft of each unit, yes. Large fields often need one. We can add a generator to your order.
When do you set up and take down? We arrive before your event starts and take everything down afterward. For early-morning events, we can often set up the evening before if the area can be secured overnight.
How far ahead should we book? As early as you can. May water days and fall festivals (September and October) fill fast, so we recommend reaching out several weeks to a few months ahead for peak dates.
What if it rains? Call or text us. We’ll work with you on Florida weather and rescheduling options.
