A great HOA event gets neighbors out of their houses and talking to each other, and the board gets the credit. We’re Moore Bounce and Party Rentals, a veteran-owned, family-operated rental company in Zephyrhills, and we set up fall festivals, holiday events, pool parties and community days for HOAs and master-planned communities across Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, New Tampa and greater Tampa Bay. We deliver the inflatables, games, dunk tanks and shade, set up before residents arrive, and take everything down afterward so your clubhouse or common area is clear.
Whether you’re an HOA board member, a community association manager or a lifestyle director at an amenity center, this page covers what to rent, how much you need for your community, and how Moore Bounce handles the paperwork management companies ask for.

Community events we set up for
- Fall festivals (September and October). Our biggest month. Bounce houses, obstacle courses, games and concessions on the amenity lawn or at the clubhouse.
- Holiday and winter festivals (December). Evening tree lightings and winter family nights with inflatables, games and treats.
- Summer pool parties and July 4th celebrations. Water slides and wet combos, dunk tanks and sno-cones for the hottest weekends.
- Spring flings and Easter egg hunts. Inflatables and yard games keep families around after the hunt.
- Back-to-school bashes and National Night Out. Simple, high-turnout events that help neighbors meet.
- New community and model-home grand openings. Family-friendly attractions that draw a crowd for builders and developers.
- Movie nights and food truck nights. Add a bounce house and games so kids have something to do before dark.
Why HOAs and community managers book Moore Bounce
- Certificate of insurance on request. Need a COI naming your HOA or management company? Ask when you book and we’ll send it before event day.
- Delivery, setup and takedown included. Our crew delivers, sets up, walks your volunteers or staff through each unit, and packs everything up afterward.
- Clean, secure setups. Units are cleaned between rentals and staked or weighted properly for grass, fields or hard surfaces.
- Trusted by public agencies. We’re an approved vendor for Hillsborough County Public Schools, Pasco County Schools, Hillsborough County parks, Pasco County Parks and Recreation, City of Tampa Parks, the City of Plant City and the City of Dade City, so we’re used to paperwork, schedules and big crowds.
- Veteran-owned & family-operated. You deal directly with the people who run the business, and we show up on time.
- One vendor for the whole event. Inflatables, games, dunk tanks, tents, tables, chairs, concessions and generators come on one order with one delivery window.
- Respect for your common areas. We plan placement with you around irrigation, sidewalks and pool rules, and we leave the area the way we found it.
What customers say
Community event ideas by size
Every community is different, so we build each order around your expected turnout, schedule and space. These are starting ideas. Send us your details and we’ll recommend the right mix and quote it.
Neighborhood event (up to about 100 residents)
- 1 bounce house or combo
- Yard games like cornhole and Giant Connect 4
- A sno-cone or popcorn machine
Community festival (about 200–400 residents)
- 2–3 inflatables, such as a combo for little kids and the Mega Run Obstacle Course for older kids
- A dunk tank (dunk a board member!) and inflatable games
- A 20×20 tent, tables and chairs for food and seating
Master-planned community event (500+ residents)
- Multiple stations spread across the amenity area with separate zones for younger kids, teens and adults, including big interactives like Wipeout or Toxic Meltdown
- Portable mini golf as an all-ages, non-inflatable station
- Multiple tents, concessions, generators where outlets are far, and event staff to help run attractions
Power and placement notes. Each inflatable needs a standard outlet within about 50 ft on its own circuit; open lawns often need a generator. Let us know about irrigation lines, sprinkler schedules or surface type so we plan the right setup.

HOA & community event rental FAQs
Do you provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for HOAs? Yes. COIs are available on request. Tell us the HOA, management company or amenity center to list when you book, and we’ll send it ahead of your event.
Can you work with our management company? Yes. We’re happy to coordinate directly with your community association manager or lifestyle director on paperwork, access and placement.
What’s popular for an HOA fall festival? A combo for younger kids, an obstacle course for older kids, a dunk tank, a few games and a concession like popcorn or cotton candy. We’ll recommend a mix for your expected turnout.
Can you set up near the pool or clubhouse? Often, yes. We plan placement with you around pool rules, sidewalks and irrigation. Tell us the surface and the closest outlets when you book.
Do we need a generator? If there’s no standard outlet within about 50 ft of each unit, yes. Open fields and parking lots often need one. We can add a generator to your order.
How far ahead should we book? As early as you can. Fall festivals (September and October) and December holiday events fill fast, so we recommend reaching out several weeks to a few months ahead for peak dates.
What if it rains? Call or text us. We’ll work with you on Florida weather and rescheduling options.
