- Fall festivals and trunk-or-treats (September and October). Our busiest month. Bounce houses, obstacle courses, games and concessions turn the church lot into a safe, family-friendly Halloween alternative.
- Christmas and winter festivals (December). Evening family nights with inflatables, games and concessions alongside your Christmas program.
- Vacation Bible School. A kickoff or closing-day celebration with water slides, bounce houses and a dunk tank for the pastor.

Church festival ideas by crowd size
Every campus is different, so we build each order around your expected attendance, schedule and space. These are starting ideas. Send us your details and we’ll recommend the right mix and quote it.
Small church event (up to about 100 guests)
- 1 bounce house or combo for younger kids
- Yard games like cornhole and Giant Connect 4
- A popcorn or sno-cone machine
Mid-size festival or trunk-or-treat (about 200–400 guests)
- 2–3 inflatables, mixing a combo for little ones with an obstacle course like the Mega Run Obstacle Course

Power and setup notes. Each inflatable needs a standard outlet within about 50 ft on its own circuit; parking lots and open fields usually need a generator. Tell us whether units will be on grass or pavement so we bring the right anchoring.
How booking works
- Send your details. Date, address, expected attendance, event hours, and wet or dry. Use the quote form or call.
- Get a recommendation and quote. We suggest a mix of attractions for your crowd and space.
- Paperwork. We send a COI and any vendor info your church or insurer needs.
- Event day. We arrive ahead of your start time, set up, and walk your team through each unit.
- Takedown. We pack up after your event so your team can enjoy the rest of the day.

Church event rental FAQs
Do you provide a certificate of insurance (COI)? Yes. COIs are available on request. Tell us the name to list as additional insured (your church) when you book, and we’ll send it ahead of your event.
Can you set up in a church parking lot? Often, yes. Many units can be set up on pavement using weights instead of stakes. Tell us the surface when you book so we bring the right setup, and add a generator if outlets aren’t close by.
What works best for a trunk-or-treat or fall festival? A mix of a bounce house or combo for younger kids, an obstacle course for older kids, a few games, and a concession like popcorn or cotton candy. We’ll recommend a mix for your expected attendance.
Can a dunk tank be used as a fundraiser? Yes. Selling throws to dunk the pastor or youth leader is one of the most popular church fundraisers, and it’s a great crowd draw.
Do we need a generator? If there’s no standard outlet within about 50 ft of each unit, yes. Open fields and parking lots often need one. We can add a generator to your order.
How far ahead should we book? As early as you can. Fall festivals (September and October) and December Christmas events fill fast, so we recommend reaching out several weeks to a few months ahead for peak dates.
What if it rains? Call or text us. We’ll work with you on Florida weather and rescheduling options.
