Florida doesn’t do snow, but December in Pasco and Hillsborough is still packed: school winter festivals, church Christmas nights, HOA holiday parties in the neighborhood clubhouse, and plenty of backyard get-togethers once family’s in town. The cool, dry evenings are some of the best party weather we get all year, and that’s why December weekends fill up fast.
We’re a veteran-owned, family-run rental company based in Wesley Chapel. We deliver holiday-themed inflatables, interactives, and a real snow machine across Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Lutz, Land O’ Lakes, and the greater Tampa Bay area. Below is how we’d put together a winter event that runs smoothly and looks great in photos.

Start With Your Event Type
School or church winter festival (100+ guests). Big crowds need more than one bounce house. When a lot of families show up at once, a single unit turns into a long line. Plan one “anchor” attraction that moves many kids through quickly, add one or two smaller units for younger children, and spread them out so the lines don’t merge.
HOA or neighborhood holiday party. You probably have a clubhouse lawn or a common area and a two- to four-hour window. One themed bounce house or combo plus a snow moment at sunset is often all it takes.
Backyard Christmas party or winter birthday. Keep it simple: one festive bounce house sized for your yard and your kids’ ages.
Our Holiday and Winter Lineup
Winter Maze: the crowd-mover
The Winter Maze is an inflatable maze full of twists, turns, and holiday decorations. It works for all ages, so parents and older kids join in too, and it keeps a steady flow of guests moving. That makes it a strong anchor for school and church festivals where you expect a crowd.
Santa Obstacle Course: friendly competition
The Santa Obstacle Course has dual lanes, Christmas-themed pop-ups, and dual slides at the finish. Two kids race side by side, which is great for festivals: it’s fun to watch, it moves the line, and it gives siblings, classmates, and even dads a reason to challenge each other. It’s a dry-only unit.
Santa’s Playground: bounce plus slide
If you want one unit that does a bit of everything, Santa’s Playground is a Christmas-themed combo with a bounce area and a slide. It fits mid-size HOA parties and church events well. It’s also dry only.
Christmas Tree and Snowman bounce houses: perfect for photos
For younger kids and smaller spaces, the Christmas Tree Bounce House and the Snowman Bounce House are favorites. Both have a big, recognizable holiday shape that makes a great backdrop for family photos. They pair well with a larger attraction at a festival and work on their own for a backyard party.
Snow Machine: “snow” in Florida
Our Snow Machine puts out soft, evaporative snow that can reach up to about 40 feet. Time it for the tree lighting, Santa’s arrival, or the last song of a church program. Kids remember that moment long after the party. It works outdoors and for stage productions.
Sample Setups
- School or church winter festival: Winter Maze + Santa Obstacle Course + Snowman or Christmas Tree Bounce House for the little ones + Snow Machine for the finale.
- HOA holiday party: Santa’s Playground + Snow Machine at dusk.
- Backyard Christmas party: Christmas Tree Bounce House or Snowman Bounce House.
Not sure what fits your space or crowd? Text us your guest count, location, and a photo of the setup area and we’ll help you choose.
Planning Tips for a December Event
- Book early. Winter festivals tend to land on the same few December weekends. Holding your date early gives you the best choice of themed units.
- Know your surface and power. Tell us whether we’re setting up on grass, pavement, or indoors, and where the nearest outlets are. Larger events may need extra power planning.
- Plan for sunset. In December it gets dark early. Think about lighting near the attractions. Evening is also the best time for the snow machine.
- Have a weather backup. Florida can still get winter rain or wind. Ask about our weather policy when you book, and have a rain plan for your venue.
- Assign a supervisor. Each inflatable should have an adult watching who follows the safety rules we go over at delivery.
- Ask about overnight or multi-day rentals if your festival runs across two days.
